Placing Your Order
Placing an order is easy. All orders must be placed using the online web interface.
Follow the steps below to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please read our Troubleshooting Tips.

1. Sign In
Before you can browse your tailored customer products database you will need to have been supplied a Username and Password from your Gofers Logistics' account manager. If you do not know what this is, or would like to obtain one, please
contact us.
2. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. A keyword search box is located on every page of the Virtual Warehouse web site. You will also find links to browse lists by categories. In addition, at the bottom of every Web page you will find the letters of the alphabet to find items by the first letter in the name of the item. When you find an item that interests you, click either the image or the "More Info" link to see more information on the item. Here you will find the material code and the quantity on hand. If you don't find what you're looking for on our site, the item may no longer be available. An item may no longer be available if the item was created for a specific event, meeting or time period. All regularly utilized materials will be maintained.
3. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from this Web site, just enter the quantity into the order box next to the item and then click on the "Order" button. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking "View Cart" located under "Shopping Cart Items" on the right side navigation.
4. Removing Items from Your Shopping Cart
In order to remove an item you will first need to be in your Shopping Cart. You may view your Shopping Cart by clicking "View Cart" located under "Shopping Cart Items" on the right side navigation. If you want to remove an item from your Shopping Cart, just click on the box next to the item under the "Remove" column within your Shopping Cart. You will then need to click on the "Recalculate" button located at the bottom of your Shopping Cart. This will complete the process of removing an item from your cart.
5. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. You may do this either by looking on your right under "Shopping Cart Items" or clicking on "View Cart" under the same title. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items" you may either click on "View Cart" and then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Or you can click on "Proceed to Checkout" on the last item you ordered. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please consult our Troubleshooting Tips.
6. Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order.
7. Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Submit" button to place your order. Once you place your order, we will provide you with an order confirmation page.
8. Check Your Order Status
